I played the Poker Stars World Championship for bloggers today and I finished in 333rd place out of I think 2400 players.
Not too bad me thinks, but the way it ended was a heart breaker. There was 2 callers preflop, I went all-in in MP with AK. A good player in the blinds called with AQ. Of course the Q felled on the river
Ok, so what happened in May?
Well, I had a pretty good month. I made 634.16$ at the tables and 830$ in bonus and rakeback for a total profit of 1 464.16$.
I did a few things differently in May. I split my poker time between Absolute Poker and Poker Stars. Poker Stars definitely has weaker opposition. It felt good to dominate the table again and win consistently.
I am now looking for a new site to replace Absolute Poker. I think the players at Absolute Poker are better than average and it shows in my winning percentage. I am not loosing at Absolute Poker, but I am playing basically break even poker. I
